Add the following to the bath water to moisturize the skin: half litre of milk, one cup of honey and 7 spoons of salt.


Smoother Knees And Elbows
Mix one natural yogurt with one lemon juice. Apply over the knees and elbows and leave it on for 10 minutes. Rinse off with warm water and apply moisturizing cream.


Sunburn Remedy

Perfect Neck And Cleavage
Once a week apply fresh cream to the neck and cleavage. Leave it on for 15 minutes, then make a massage with the cream and rinse off with warm water. Apply moisturizer.


Body Scrub
Mix eight spoons of vegetable oil with three spoons of sea salt. Apply this mixture over dry skin with circular movements. Then shower with warm water and apply a skin care body lotion.


Tone Your Glutes
A quick way to help tone your glutes is to squeeze them for five seconds and then release. Do it as often as you remember: watching tv, waiting for the bus, when reading, when applying make up...


Sweat no more
If you sweat in excess, try to eat food rich in silicium daily, such as letucce, celery and parsley. Also food rich in vitamin B, such as cucumber, peppers, carrots and apricots.


Whiten Your Nails
Mix vitamin c with some vodka and warm water. Soak your fingers in this mixture for five minutes. For best results repite often. Avoid if you have irritated or broken skin.


Avoid Skin Irritation
After removing your body hair, apply some fresh milk to avoid any irritation in the skin.
