Dry Skin Care Routine

"Dry Skin Treatment"

dry skin care

  • Use this dry skin care routine every day to improve your skin condition. Use a facial cleanser that don't dry the skin. Cleansers in the form of creams are very good for dry skin, because of the oils that contain.

  • Don't over cleanse because you will strip away your skin's oils.

  • Use a good moisturizer, specific for dry skin during the day, and a moisturizer/nourishing cream during the night. This dry skin care product Sundari Essential Oil for Dry Skin .5 oz is specially for this skin type and has been highly rated by consumers. It contains peppermint and rosemary oils that moisturize without clogging the pores. It also has antioxidant vitamins A and E, which will protect the skin from free radical damage.

  • Exfoliate once or twice a week, but don't massage very strong or for long.

  • Use sunscreen of at least 15 or 20 SPF every day, before going out even in cloudy days.

  • Don't forget to apply the same care to the neck and hands.

  • Drinking plenty of water is essential for every skin type, but a must for dry skin to keep it moisturized.

Beauty tips for dry skin care

Blend some pineapple:

  • vitamin C
  • potassium
  • good for aged skin
with some strawberries:
  • vitamin C
  • antioxidant
and a few drops of almond oil:
  • vitamin E
  • calcium
  • magnesium

Apply in the skin for about twenty minutes and rinse with mineral water. Your skin should feel moisturized and rejuvenated.

  • You can apply just olive oil in the skin and leave it for thirty minutes, rinse with mineral water or simply rub a cotton to get rid of any excess

  • Vaseline is very good for dry skin, too. Apply it in the skin, and leave it overnight or for thirty minutes and rinse with mineral water.

  • Mash a riped banana and add honey until consistent. Apply over the face and leave it on for about 20 minutes. Rinse off with warm water

  • If your skin feels dry, and the first lines and wrinkles have found a place in your face, then mash a riped avocado (rich in vitamins A and E and in natural oils) and mix it with fresh cream until consistent. Apply in the face, and leave it on for about 10 minutes. Rinse off with warm water
