Eye Skin Care Tips

Under Eye Wrinkles

Eye Skin Care Eye skin care is essential to keep the skin in this area free of fine lines, under eye wrinkles, dark circles, bags under eyes and puffiness.

The skin around the eyes is thinner and more fragile with few sebaceous glands. There are also plenty of blood vessels that sometimes can be seen through the skin, contributing to under eye circles.

Factors That Influence Eye Wrinkles And Sagging Skin Under The Eyes

1- External factors such as sun, stress, pollution, alcohol and smoking.

2- Expression lines- The eye area tend to accumulate lines that with time are transformed into deep eye wrinkles, due to facial expressions such as laughter and squinting.

3- Dry skin- The skin around the eye is dryer because there are fewer sebaceous glands. And when the skin is dry, wrinkles are more visible, so a good under eye wrinkle cream is a must.

4- Dehydration- Drinking plenty of water is important for eye skin care and will help to keep this area moisturized.

5- Sleeping wrinkles- Often sleeping on one side can create creases in the skin, including the eye area.

6- Genetics- Play a part on how the skin ages, but is not as important as external factors.
