Facial Toning Exercises









Practice these facial toning exercises every day if you want to see an improvement in your skin’s appearance. Follow the routine to exercise your face in the morning and at night. It will only take few minutes of your time, so there is not excuse to be lazy and leave it for tomorrow. You could even practise these free facial exercises when watching television, listening to music or preparing dinner. Remember that if you are constant and perform these facial toning exercises in the right way you will see results, maybe not immediately, but don’t forget that this is a long and cheaper investment for your face.

1- Reducing forehead wrinkles

Place two fingers just above the eyebrows. Pull the skin down with your fingers, making sure that there is not wrinkles between the eyes. Raise the eyebrows while pressing down with the fingers, opposing to the movement. Repeat thirty times, then relax and repeat twice more.

2- Facial Exercise For Double Chin

Relax the shoulders and raise your chin. Place your closed hand underneath your chin. In this position move the chin muscles forward, hold it and count until ten. Relax and repeat ten times.

3- Check Exercise Facial

Open your mouth forming a long “O” making sure that there is not lines (wrinkles) from the nose to the mouth. In this position try to smile with the corners of the mouth; towards the cheeks. Is just a small movement to work the muscles underneath the cheeks. If necessary place your fingers over the lines from the nose to the mouth to smooth them over.

4- Eye Exercise

With your head straight and looking ahead squint with your upper eyelid thirty times. The rest of the face must remain still. Now with the head in the same position look down, towards the floor and raise your upper eyelids for another thirty times. Relax and repeat twice more. Find out more eye exercises here.

5- Diminish Forehead Wrinkles

Place two fingers between the hairline and the eyebrows. In this position try to raise the eyebrows while the fingers oppose to the movement. Repeat thirty times. Relax and repeat twice more.
