7- Do circles with the tongue with your mouth closed. Do it first in one direction and then the other. Repeat several times.
8- Turkey neck exercises- Place your lower lip over the top lip and hold for a few seconds. Repeat ten times.
9- Looking in the mirror, clench your teeth hard and force a smile. Repeat ten times.
10- Neck and shoulder exercises- Make circles with your shoulders. First with the right side shoulder, then with the left side shoulder and finally with both sides at the same time. Repeat ten times, several times per day.
