Neck Exercises



"Firming A Sagging Neck"


The following neck exercises will help to tone the muscles of your neck, while preventing or diminishing . fine lines and wrinkles . It will also help to alleviate any tensions accumulated during the day in this area. Practice them twice daily, morning and night and remember to give your neck the care and attention that this delicate part of the body needs.

Neck Exercises

1- Form an “O” with your mouth and pull down the sides of your mouth until you feel the muscles underneath your neck working. Do it in short, fast movements. Repeat twenty times, three times in a row.

2- Place your right hand over the neck and pull down the skin with the hand. Now, tilt your head backwards until you feel that the neck is tight and return to the original position. Repeat twenty times, three times in a row.

3- Place your right hand over the neck . Pull down the skin and move your head slowly to the right, and then to the left. Repeat twenty times, three times in a row.



4- Lie down on your back. Raise your head and neck and in this position move your head right and left. Repeat twenty times, three times in a row.

5- With your mouth open, try to pronounce the vowels, from ”A” to “U” without closing your mouth at any moment. Repeat ten times, three times in a row.

These exercises will only be of any help if you are constant and practise them every day. Also, don’t just only rely on one thing to help you delay or diminish wrinkles, remember that is the whole what counts. Take care of your skin in as many ways as possible.
