"Daily Routine Skin Care"
Following a normal skin care routine will be better if you have this skin type and want to keep it. You are lucky if you have normal skin as this skin is easier to maintain.
- You should always clean yor face; morning and night with a good cleanser, specially if you wear make up during the day.
- Use a light moisturizer morning and night over a slightly damp face.
- Exfoliate at least once a week.
- Use a mask for normal skin once or twice per week.
- During the day, before going out don't forget to apply sunscreen with a minimum SPF 15 or 20 after the moisturizer.
- Don't forget to treat your neck and your hands the same as your face; you don't want a nice younger looking face, and old looking hands and turkey neck.

Normal skin care natural mask
- Any mask made with apricot will be good. Apricots are rich in betacarotenoids and vitamin A, as well as potassium and silicium, helping to rejuvenate the skin. Just mash two ripe apricots,add a few drops of fresh cream and few drops of olive oil. Leave it for about twenty minutes, and rinse off with mineral water. It will leave your skin feeling soft, and younger looking. Ideally you should use a mask twice a week, after exfoliation.
- You can make a good and cheap scrub at home. Take a little bit of sugar, and a few drops of olive oil, and apply to the skin in soft circular motions for about one minute. Rinse off with mineral water. It can be used in hands and neck too; but go easy on the neck, or you will end up with a red neck.
