If you have a sensitive skin problem follow this advice to take care of your skin type .

  • There is a lot of specialized products in the market for sensitive skin. You should always, choose products that are design for this type of skin.

  • Is important to avoid all potential irritants such as lanolin, perfumes and alcohol based products.

  • Test all the products in a small area of your wrist or neck before applying them in your face.

  • Never go to sleep with your make up on, remember that your skin needs to breathe.

  • Don't forget to apply sunscreen for sensitive skin of at least 15 or 20 SPF before you go out during the day even if is cloudy to avoid aging skin .

  • Avoid solar exposition and extreme cold or hot weather.

  • Reduce the intake of coffe, tea and alcohol.

  • Cut down smoking and avoid smoking wrinkles .





  • Wash with warm water and a soap for sensitive skin.

  • Choose hypoallergenic products especially if you have skin sensitive to touch.

  • Perform a mild exfoliation no more than once a week.

  • Apply natural facial masks specific for sensitive skin.

  • Apply the same care to the neck and hands.




Homemade Sensitive Skin Cosmetics


Sensitive Skin Care Tips
1- Sensitive skin care - Mix together two tbsp of honey with two tbsp of natural yogurt (calcium) and few drops of olive oil (vitamin E). Leave it on for about 30 minutes and rinse off with mineral water.

This mask will leave your skin moisturized and softer. If used daily will help with fine lines and wrinkles .

2- Moisturizer for sensitive skin- If you have sensitive skin wet some cotton pad in natural coconut milk, and apply it over the face. Leave it on for about 10 minutes, and rinse off with warm water. Your skin should feel totally moisturized.

3- For this skin type is also good to mix warm camomile tea (natural is best) with milk. Apply it to the skin and leave it on for about 10 minutes. Rinse off with warm water.

4- Dry sensitive skin care- Mix well one egg yolk with few drops of almond oil. Add one spoon of honey and mix again. Apply over the skin for twenty minutes and rinse off with warm water.

5- Delicate skin care- Mash half avocado and add few drops of olive oil to make a cream. Apply over the skin for fifteen minutes and rinse off with warm water.
