Tretinoin

"Regenerating The Skin"

Tretinoin is the most well known and most widely used of the retinoids family. It is also said by researchers, the most effective in treating aging skin

This retinoid is derived from vitamin a which is known for its antioxidant and regenerative power. It can be use to:
  • treat acne

  • help with wrinkles

  • get rid of white and blackheads

  • help with sun damage

  • help with stretch marks
It should be used with caution due to the side effects:
  • skin irritation

  • skin peeling

  • redness

  • dryness

  • tingling

  • increased sensitivity to sunlight
This is a good treatment for acne, but you have to be persistent until seeing results, even if it looks like is getting worst at first, you will have to wait 2 to 3 months to see some improvements.

The same can be say if your aim is to rejuvenate your skin; be constant and you will see an improvement in about 6 months to 1 year.

There are guidelines to apply tretinoin, so read the labels carefully, and consult a dermatologist with any doubt, as your skin could have a negative reaction.

Always apply sunscreen when using this product because it increases light sensitivity. Don't use it if you are pregnant.

This skin care product Leaf and Rusher Active Serum 1 oz is an alternative to this retinoid, which sometimes can be irritating to the skin. It contains vitamins A (retinol) and C to promote collagen and elastin production, while protecting the skin from free radical damage.
