4- Healthy Skin Care- Mix two spoons of natural yogurt with few drops of natural orange juice. Apply over face and neck. Leave it on for fifteen minutes and rinse off with warm water.
5- Moisturize with this yogurt for skin remedy- Mix one spoon of natural yogurt with one spoon of olive oil. Add oats until consistent and apply over the face and neck. Leave it on for fifteen minutes and rinse off with warm water.

This smoothie made with yogurt is not only delicious but very healthy too.Put a pint of cold water in a blender. Add two spoons of condensed milk and one natural yogurt. Make a cream with this mixture. Add two scoops of vanilla ice cream or any other flavour you enjoy and beat well. Serve in a tall glass. You can place two spoons of jam at the bottom of the glass if you like.
